If you are experiencing any proxy access issues with the eBook Platform, please start by asking your proxy service provider to remove the wildcard entry and specifically add "reader.infobase.com" to the table. If this does not solve your issue, please contact our customer support team.
Two examples of what you may see if you are having proxy access issues are:
1. Your eBook Viewer will not load any content and you will see blank pages.
2. You will see a Kitaboo Insight Sign In Screen instead of eBook Content in our reader.
