Your live chat feature is enabled by default. If you would like to disable this feature, please login to the Admin Portal following the steps below.
1. Find your eBooks Product
2. Click on Product Settings
3. Choose "Settings" from the drop down menu
4. Under "Help Settings", uncheck the Show Zendesk Live Chat option if you do not wish to use this feature.
